Techniques: Focus on What You Want

considered overweight. What's even more frightening is that over 1/3 of
children are considered overweight or obese.

What does losing weight have to do with
the law of attraction? Remember, what we focus on grows, including when
we focus on what we don't want. If someone's constantly focused on
their weight, they're absolutely guaranteed to get more of it. They may
lose a little, or even a lot, but it's gonig to come back....and the
biggest single reasons is that it's what they're focused on.
a very simple explanation: when we focus on something over and over, we
tend to take the actions consistent with that thought.
When it comes to weight loss, one of Albert Einstein's
theories applies perfectly:

Here's one more example so many people struggle with,
