This isn't about an overly wordy and technical definition. It's not about getting more done (although it certainly helps).

Time management's about having more fulfillment and less stress. As David Allen, author of the best-selling "Getting Things Done" put it, it's about doing the things you do easier.

I discovered these tools, techniques and systems by necessity. When I was in my late 20's I lived in Vail, CO. I was living in one of the most beautiful places on earth, and I was completely stressed and overwhelmed.

I was married and owned a tax and accounting business. I needed more time for:
